How to Place an Order with SharpStone:
To place an order, simply add the items you would like to purchase into your cart by clicking the ‘add to cart’ button. Every time you add something to the cart, it will automatically take you the shopping cart to checkout. If you need to add more items, simply click the ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button. Once you are finished shopping, make sure you are in your shopping cart (you can always click the ‘MY CART’ link on the top page of your screen to get into the cart). Please review your shopping cart to ensure that the items are the correct including model numbers, size, quantity and color.
**To change the quantity of the product, change the number that is listed in your cart and click ‘UPDATE SHOPPING CART’ or press enter. Quantity should be changed before checking out.
You can log in to your account if you are a returning customer. Otherwise, you can just shop out as a guest.
New customers should create an account. If you do not have an account, your account will automatically be created at checkout and you will reiceve an email with your log in information. If you are having trouble creating an account, please call and make your order over the phone at 646-572-6999. In addition, if you are not comfortable with ordering online, you can place the order by calling us at 646-572-6999.
Please enter your billing information. The billing address must match the address listed with your credit card company. If you need to ship to a different address, simply uncheck the box that says, "Ship to billing address" located at the bottom of the billing address. Enter your shipping address.
Enter any discount codes if any and click, "APPLY COUPON." Your discount, if any, will appear in the total to the right.
Select Payment Option. You can pay by credit card or check / money order for USA orders. Please click on the payment option preferred.
**International orders will be lead directly to PayPal. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States, or credit cards with a foreign billing address. Wire transfers, are available; please call us at 646-572-6999 or send an email to email@example.com for more information.
This is the final step in completing the order. Check the box which has the disclaimer and then click ‘SEND ORDER”. If a message pops up about a decline, please check and make sure all the information you entered is correct and try again. If you get another decline, we would suggest using a different card or contacting your card company to let the charge go through. Once it goes through, the final page will show your order number and you will then recieve an order confirmation. Please look it over to make sure everything is correct. If there is something wrong, please contact us immediately and let us know. Please refer to your order number if you have any questions regarding your order. Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is submitted. If you need to make any changes on your order, please contact us at 646-572-6999 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Most orders are processed on the same or next business day after they're received.
The shipping choices offered are through USPS First Class Mail / USPS Parcel Select Ground / USPS Priority Mail / USPS Express Mail / and international shipping would be through the USPS as well. We also offer UPS/FedEx/Freight on larger orders. If you prefer a certain carrier or method over another, please contact us and let us know, and your account will be refunded/charged accordingly. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and will arrive to you within 5 business days. Some wholesale orders will ship via freight carrier and can take longer to arrive.
Expedited Shipping is available. Most items are eligible to ship via any expedited shipping method of your choice whether it is USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail. Saturday delivery may also be available upon request. We can definitely expedite your order but we do not provide expedited shipping quotes if you are in a rush to receive your item. The reason for this is because we have seen situations where we would send a request for the warehouse to get a price and then they don’t get back to us until a day or two later defeating the purpose of ever expediting it. If you want the price for the future, we can defintiely provide you the quote. Once the order is placed, just reply to the order confirmation email and let us know the exact shipping method you need. We will apply it to your order, send you a confirmation, and then just bill you at the time of shipment for the expedited shipping charge.
