If you placed an order from a different SharpStone vendor or need customer service for a SharpStone product from a different SharpStone vendor not purchased directly from us, please contact the SharpStone vendor you purchased from.  We cannot and will not assist with any orders or customer service if not purchased directly from us.  We will not respond to any messages and will not be able to assist over the phone either.  We can assist with questions, orders, customer service, etc. only if purchasing from SharpStone.com.
